WEAPONS can NOT be returned

PARTS & ACCESSORIES may be returned ONLY with authorization from our sales manager and only within 30 days of sales receipt.

Returned items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Sales are final on the following items, but are not limited to: firearms, barrels, ammunition, clothing, non electronic game calls, batteries, flashlight bulbs, DVD’s, sight installation tools and special order items.

CANCELATIONS: Cancelations may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

BILLING: The charge appears on your credit card statement as “SAW Inc.”  Your credit card statement with reflect an authorization for the amount of your purchase after your order has been placed. An authorization validates your credit card’s status and your credit account’s good standing. The actual charge will not appear on your statement until your order ships from our warehouse. If you have any questions regarding authorizations or charges please contact the institution that issued your credit card.

PURCHASER’S RESPONSIBLITIES: You are responsible for knowing the laws in your own state, county, city, etc. If you have any questions, contact you local FFL Transfer Dealer before you order.  (FOR EXAMPLE: Maryland requires fired casing with the purchase of any new firearm.  If you order a firearm for the state of Maryland, be certain is has fired casings.)
